Can I pay later?    No, payment must be made at time of order/assessment. 

How will you get the EPC to me?   We will provide you with an electronic copy of the EPC and will also send a copy to your conveyancer or estate agent.

You need to come to our home for a survey. Why?   In order to produce the EPC, we need to accurately measure your home, be able to calculate floor area, identify outside/heat loss walls, record the type of boiler you have, how your heating is controlled, whether you have double glazing, how much insulation you have in the loft, etc. Clearly, this can only be done by visiting your home but should be completed in less than an hour.
