From October 2008 it will be necessary for landlords to provide their new tenants with an energy performance certificate prior to moving into the property. The certificate will have a 10 year validity period and will be transferable to your new tenant at change of tenancy.

This free service will give an overview of the condition of the property, backed up by photographic evidence.
